Food plan is a natural treasure of healthy nutrition. They provide the basic nutrients such as carbohydrates and proteins that the body's daily nutritional needs, plus healthy as phytochemicals, antioxidants polysaccharides. As a food plan is an ideal immune booster.
Scientists say that we should consume at least 10 species of food plants every day for an adequate supply of nutrients. According to John Potter, an epidemiologist at the University of Minnesota, nearly every step of the way the cancer can be reduced or reversed by one or more compounds in fruits and vegetables. Dr. Paul Talalay of Johns Hopkins Medical Institution, adding, "Now we have a beautiful proof that if you eat more fruits and vegetables, you have a low risk of cancer in multiple organ systems." According to the American Cancer Society, about a third of cancers can be prevented with a healthy plant-based diet combined with regular physical activity and a fun attitude.
