Immune Booster.
Plan food are Nature's treasure trove of healthful nutrients. They provide basic nutrients like carbohydrates and proteins which the body requires daily, plus healthful nutrient such as phytochemicals, antioxidant polysaccharides. As such plan foods are ideal immune boosters.

Scientist say that we must consume at least 10 different types of plant food daily for an adequate supply of nutrient. According to John Potter, an epidemiologist at the University of Minnesota, almost every step on the path of cancer can be retarded or reversed by one or more compounds in fruit and vegetables. Dr Paul Talalay of John Hopkins Medical Institution adds, "Now we have wonderful evidence that if you eat more fruits and vegetables, you have low risk of cancer in several organ system." According to American Cancer Society, approximately one-third of cancer can be prevented with a healthy plant-based diet combined with regular physical activity and a joyful attitude.

Wholesome plant food provide many healthy-enhancing benefit without the cholesterol associated with animal product. shockingly, the type of plant food we consume daily are less than 0.1% of all plant types.
